Terms of service
These terms apply to every video, service and product ordered from Hivo Studio through this website, by email or through a quote we send you.
Orders and quotes
An order starts when you accept our quote or package and pay the deposit. The package page or quote says what is included: length, delivery time, revisions and extras.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. You pay 50% to start and 50% before we send the final file. We send a secure payment link with each invoice. The Monthly plan is paid at the start of each month.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery times count from the day we have both the deposit and your complete brief. You first receive a watermarked preview. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds; a revision is a change to the delivered video, not a new topic or a new script.
Your material
If you send us scripts, logos, footage or music, you confirm you have the right to use them. We do not make content that is unlawful, hateful, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights.
Who owns the video
Once paid in full, the final video is yours, with full commercial rights including YouTube monetization. We keep the rights to our own tools, templates and methods. We may show the video in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
AI narration
Our narration uses AI voices unless agreed otherwise. When you publish, it is your responsibility to use the platform’s disclosure setting for altered or synthetic content where it applies.
Digital products
Digital products are licensed to you for use in your own projects and your clients’ projects. You may not resell or share the files themselves.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for platform decisions such as monetization, reach or channel penalties.
